Accessibility statement
Last updated: 10 October 2026
WaaS Foundry wants the platform and the sites it produces to be usable by everyone, including with a keyboard, a screen reader or strong magnification.
1. Compliance status
Target standard: WCAG 2.1, level AA (European standard EN 301 549).
The platform is partially compliant: no full audit by an independent body has been carried out yet. The checks below are automated or internal manual checks.
2. What is checked
Automated accessibility tests (axe-core engine) run on the public pages and on example sites.
Skip link to the content, ordered headings, field labels, checked contrast, alternative text for informative images.
Animations are turned off when the system asks for reduced motion; the animated scene on the home page is decorative and replaced by a still image when needed.
On client sites, the pre-publish check flags insufficient contrast between text and background.
3. Known limitations
The Studio’s visual editor (drag and drop, editing directly on the page) is not yet fully usable with a screen reader; every setting remains available from the side panels.
The content of the sites created (texts, added photos) is the responsibility of their publishers: suggested alternative texts should be reviewed.
4. Report a problem
If some content or feature is not accessible to you, write to waasfoundry@gmail.com describing the page and the problem: we will offer an alternative and fix the defect.
This text is a starting template. It must be reviewed and adapted by a lawyer before the commercial launch.
